Near Swimming lagoon, good Turkey sandwich, and pleasant SERVICE

I haven't been to a Ruby's in years, it was fantastic to visit this one at the beach. I had the guacamole burger (substituting a garden burger) with fries - it was delicious and a very generous amount. There were some nice views of the water. Staff was very friendly.

Whenever I come to California Ruby's is the first place I visit. It has a great vintage diner feel and the servers are amazing. The cinnamon roll french toast is everything! At Ruby's you get alot for your money.

We love this diner. We especially love the classic car show that is held throughout the year. The participants are nice and talk about their cars. And thanks to Ruby's for topping it off with same great food after the event. Make sure you leave time when you are in the area on Friday nights to visit Ruby's Diner for a car show followed by a great meal! From the beginning of April to the end of October a showcase of new cars to antiques are displayed at the Ruby's Diner in Redondo Beach.

It's good... nuthin speacial

We enjoy to go out. Last night we arrived in this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We passed a beautiful evening there with delicious meal and a professional team and a talented chef. We added this place in our list and we shall no doubt visit again very soon. We highly recommend.

Good place to go for breakfast or lunch. Beautiful scenic views on the water with a cute 50s atmosphere inside. Friendly and fast service, try the beignets with your order.

This restaurant offers superb service and delightful meals. One of the best spot around town. The food and drinks came out quick and the rates were fair. Recommended.

We always stop at Ruby's whenever we're in the Redondo Beach area. We love the diner decor including the fish that travel on a ceiling track that goes around the restaurant. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Seafood Combo, and Bacon Cheese Burger. I ordered the Seafood Combo but did not enjoy the shrimp which I found a bit dry and overcooked. Fortunately I was able to wash it down with my strawberry shake, which I very much enjoyed. My dining companions had no complaints about their meals. All said, next time I'm in the area I'll be back.

Quintessential American diner right in the harbour. Went for breakfast and they had a good selection of classic breakfasts. Food arrived quickly and was tasty - my eggs Benedict was very good and my friend's scrambles made them happy.

Great service, great food. Just love it. I recommend the Oreo Milkshake! It was really nice. Fun eating here. I like the old style in this diner. And a lot to offer.

Food is good, fries are great. Burger taste. Would eat there again. Nice view of harbor and ocean. Has outdoor patio. Good service and wide booths to sit at. 50s decor with malts and flavored sodas.

Oh my!!! When you the country breakfast they ask you if you want the 2 or 4 hour nap!!! Amazing food, good people

Ordered the basic 2 egg combo with bacon. Requested bacon floppy, eggs over easy and potatoes crispy. All was perfect as ordered. They were also very attentive to keeping our coffee cups filled.

Great FUN family diner! We always bring out of town peeps here for the fun atmosphere & proximity to the ocean. Liking the new simplified menu with healthier choices like avocado toast! 😎👍

(Posted this on Yelp but it deserves it here too)I gotta say, this is by far the best burger I've ever had in my life. So much that if I ever became rich I'd buy this location just to be able to walk in and have a burger made hahaI love the Bacon Burger with the premium patty. It's my favorite meal ever since I first tried it. I go to Ruby's quite often in two other locations and this is by far my favorite one, on top of being my favorite burger in general. I wish this place all the success and I will definitely keep coming here, the service is great and their food is the greatest.

Decent food but seems to be going down hill. Prices are getting a little high for what you get. Great location. Server barely understood English. Was kinda rushed out.

Family friendly, wait is not long, and delicious American food. Had my son's 2nd birthday dinner here, and the staff was great at making him feel special.

Very nice architecture. Nice clean place.they are very polite here. But they only have vanilla ice cream here. An ice cream sundae here is way to small. And they call Hershey syrup hot fudge.

Great shakes & 50s themed restaurant. Tere are mechanical fish swimming in the air traveling all along the inside of the dining area. The outdoor deck is rather large & over all a great place for grand parents to take their grand kids

This place it's so cool, all the saucers are big enough and really delicious. We stayed near this place, so we visited several times, no regrets. Everyone is so friendly. Y hablan español por si se te complica algo. I really want to return soon.

Good food. Have to pay for parking, but cheap if you get it validated. Cash only for parking. Nice views of the lagoon and ocean.

3pm on a Friday is the perfect time to stop in for a bite. The Friday oldie car show starts at 4 and you'll get a full evenings entertainment just looking at all the awesome cars after eating some delicious grub at Ruby's! Please ask permission before you touch a y of the cars though! Some owners might let you take a picture inside the car if you ask nicely!

Service was ok. Food was horrible! Husbands pancakes weren’t fully cooked and the eggs Benedict I ordered was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. The eggs were over cooked and the hollandaise Sauce was gritty and clumpy. The fruit was not fresh. Skip this place for breakfast.

The food was good the dinner was a fun setting with a nice atmosphere. My order was up quickly with out any issues. The location is in a area with plenty to choose from. I thought the it stood out from the pack with its unique style. I will be back again.

Ruby's is awesome. We ate there three days in a row having a variety of things off the menu and it was all good. Outstanding serviced too! Why three days in a row. We were in a hotel across the street with no car.

This is a great place. While on holidays, went to have breakfast, 3 times and everything was really nice. Staff were nice and welcoming, food was just what we expected, good atmosphere and view of the ocean.

Came here in a depressive state, came out feeling great! The burger was juicy, the sweet potato fries sweet, and the shakes T H I C C. My server was Barbara and she was very attentive. Will come again with family, on a another day!
